Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If the software isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify the decision, though if you tell us what didn't work it genuinely helps us improve.

To request a refund, email mark@hightidetrading.co.uk from the address you bought with, quoting your order number. We'll confirm by reply. Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 14 working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

What the guarantee covers, and what it doesn't

The guarantee covers the software not suiting your needs. It does not cover trading losses — the guarantee is about the product, not the outcome of trades placed with it.

We may decline a refund where the request is made outside the 30 days, or where there is evidence the software has been redistributed, resold or shared.

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 normally give you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.

That right does not apply once downloading or streaming has begun, where you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel. Because our software is delivered immediately, you give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout.

Our 30-day guarantee is offered deliberately so that you have longer to change your mind than the statutory period would have given you.

If something is faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If our software doesn't meet that standard, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or refund if that isn't possible or doesn't fix it.

These rights are not limited to 30 days and nothing in this policy affects them. If something isn't working as described, tell us — we'd far rather fix it, and if we can't, you get your money back.

Free products

Our free tools are supplied at no charge, so there's nothing to refund. If one doesn't work for you, we'd still like to know.
